Quality Check Engineer

What you'll do

• Inspect live sites regularly — verify work is executed exactly as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality across structural, finishing, and MEP works, flagging defects before clients ever could.
• Drive corrective actions — identify deviations, coordinate with PMs, site engineers, and contractors until they're fixed.
• Own QC documentation — checklists, reports, and material compliance records that support audits.
• Review method statements and ensure safety and quality norms are followed on every pour.

What you'll bring

• Strong grasp of construction processes and quality standards for residential and commercial builds.
• Drawing fluency — you read and interpret technical drawings confidently on site.
• Detail obsession — deviations of millimetres bother you, and that's the point.
• Bonus: experience on residential/commercial projects and familiarity with QC documentation.
