What is the Buildiyo mobile app?
The Buildiyo mobile app is a construction quality management platform that replaces paper checklists and chat-app photos with a structured digital system — stage-wise checklists, tamper-evident photo evidence, IS-code validation and a live 3D digital twin clients can view. It is launching in 2026.
Who is the Buildiyo mobile app for?
Twelve roles across five teams: Site Team (Site Engineer, Site Supervisor), Quality & Consultants (QC, Structural, MEP, Architect), Management (Super Admin, Project Manager), Store & Accounts (Store/Procurement, Accountant) and Client/Stakeholder (Client/Owner, Viewer). Each role sees only its own screens, enforced server-side.
How do I get the app?
The Buildiyo mobile app is available on Google Play (Android) with a companion web portal for managers and consultants. The app supports English, Hindi and Tamil.
How does the quality check process work?
Three steps: capture on site (run the stage checklist, photograph evidence), approve level by level, then status rolls up live to floors, buildings and the project.
How does IS-code compliance work?
Measurements are auto-validated against IS codes including IS 456, IS 1786 and IS 516, removing manual tolerance checks.
Can clients view the project remotely?
Yes. The twin is shareable read-only, so clients anywhere in the world can watch progress without edit access.
What is the Buildiyo mobile app Digital Twin?
A live 3D replica of the building generated from your architect's IFC file. It updates as slabs, walls and finishes are completed, and clients can orbit, zoom and inspect any room from anywhere.
What is the Daily Progress Report (DPR)?
A dated, photo-backed report recorded by the site engineer who ran the day (not an office summary), delivered daily and searchable by date.
Does it track materials and labour?
Yes — requisition, dispatch, receipt and consumption in one chain with live stock, booked against the element it went into. Labour is recorded as daily trade-wise headcount (mason, bar bender, carpenter, helper) marked on site, offline if needed.
