Points to note

1. This is a Specification and not a Contract. It will be converted into a consultancy agreement once the customer confirms the engagement with Buildiyo.
2. Fees are payable in milestones: 30% on signing, 30% on design development, 20% on approval submission, 20% on completion of drawings.
3. Revisions beyond the agreed number of iterations will be charged at actuals. Scope of work is as stated on Page 3.
4. Approval timelines depend on the local authority (BBMP/BDA/DTCP/Panchayat) and are outside Buildiyo's control.
5. Any work additional to the design scope above is chargeable and must be agreed in writing before execution.
6. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Quote validity as stated herein. After expiry, revised fees may apply based on scope changes.
8. All payments to be transferred to the company's dedicated account. No cash payments accepted.
9. Client is responsible for providing accurate plot documents (sale deed, Khata, EC, survey sketch) for plan submission.
10. Buildiyo is not responsible for delays caused by statutory authority processing, public holidays, or incomplete client documents.
11. Structural and MEP drawings are prepared as per NBC 2016 and applicable IS codes.
12. Any changes in design after approval submission will attract additional professional fees.
