Qualification
B.E / M.E in Civil or Structural Engineering

3+ years in structural design and detailing

IS codes, RCC design, footing and column detailing, coordination with architectural teams

Head of Engineering
What you'll do
- Structural design and analysis of RCC structures for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare structural drawings — footing, column, beam, and slab detailing that is site-ready.
- Run load calculations and verify designs against IS codes for safety and stability.
- Coordinate with architectural teams so structure and design resolve together, not in conflict.
- Support site teams on execution queries and structural clarifications during construction.
Technical skills
- Strong command of IS codes and RCC design principles.
- Footing and column detailing with accurate, buildable drawings.
- Load calculations and structural analysis using STAAD Pro and ETABS.
- Coordination fluency with architectural and site teams through all project stages.
