Job description
Responsible for day-to-day execution of construction activities on site as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Should ensure work quality, material usage, and safety standards are maintained at every stage of the project. Freshers with a civil engineering background are encouraged to apply — training is provided.
Qualification
B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
0–5 years in site execution — freshers welcome

Project Manager — Site
What you'll do
- Execute daily site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.
- Supervise labour and contractors — allocate work, track output, and keep the day's plan on track.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily progress records and work reports.
- Check material quantity and quality at delivery and control wastage on site.
- Coordinate with design and QC teams to resolve drawing queries before work proceeds.
- Enforce safety practices and housekeeping standards across the site.
What we look for
- Working knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently on site.
- Basic knowledge of estimation and BOQ reading is a plus.
- Willingness to be on site daily — this role is hands-on, not desk-based.
