Job Description
Responsible for concept development, detailed design, working drawings, and coordination with clients and consultants through all project stages. Should ensure design functionality, aesthetics, and technical accuracy.
Requirements
Qualification : B.Arch from a recognised university.
Experience: 3+ years in architectural design and project coordination.
Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5/ Lumion / Enscape, Photoshop.
Knowledge : Regulatory norms/bylaws, working drawings, material detailing, and site coordination.
Technical & Design Skills
- Expertise in building codes, by-laws, and statutory regulations
- Advanced architectural design and space planning
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and rendering tools
