Points to note

1. This is a Specification document and not a Contract. It will be converted into a contract once the customer starts the project with Buildiyo.
2. The quotation value will change if the customer adds/removes/updates any specification.
3. Quotation is prepared based on optimal structural designs based on all relevant IS codes for construction. Customised designs may levy an additional fee.
4. Post booking amount: Site Reconnaissance, Soil Testing, Structural Drawings, Approval, Contract Drafting and Site Meeting (approx 45-60 days). Construction commences after all activities are complete.
5. Construction will be carried out as per specifications, dimensions and quantities in this quotation. Differential charges applicable for any changes with mutual written consent.
6. All changes shall be routed through Buildiyo. All terms in the vendor onboarding agreement apply to revised quotation value.
7. All payments to be transferred to Buildiyo's dedicated escrow account allocated to the owner. No cash payments accepted.
8. Price Guard: Quoted price secured for 60 days from date of this quotation. After expiry, new quotation based on prevailing market rates.
9. Temporary electrical and water connections are not included in the contractor's scope of work - owner's responsibility.
10. All rates mentioned are inclusive of GST.
11. Wherever 'Equivalent' is mentioned, it means approximately the same price range and quality.
12. All power and water for construction to be provided by the client at free of cost.
13. Quotation assumes access road to site is larger than 20 feet width. Narrower roads may incur additional charges.
