Responsible for concept development, detailed design, working drawings, and coordination with clients and consultants through all project stages. Should ensure design functionality, aesthetics, and technical accuracy.
Qualification
B.Arch from a recognised university
Experience
3+ years in architectural design & project coordination
Location
Tatabad, Coimbatore — On-site
Knowledge
Regulatory norms & bylaws, working drawings, material detailing, site coordination
Reports to
Design Lead — Architecture
What you'll do
- Concept development for residential and commercial projects across Coimbatore and the western region.
- Detailed design and working drawings — material detailing, specifications, and site-ready documentation.
- Coordination with clients and consultants through all project stages, from brief to handover.
- Ensure design functionality, aesthetics, and technical accuracy on every drawing that leaves your desk.
- Site coordination — resolve design queries on site so what is built matches what was drawn.
Technical & design skills
- Expertise in building codes, by-laws, and statutory regulations.
- Advanced architectural design and space planning.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and rendering tools.
