Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to support our construction business by contacting potential clients, and following up on inquiries. The role involves explaining our construction services, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, builders, contractors, and developers
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
- Receive and handle inbound calls related to construction services and projects
- Explain company services such as residential, commercial, or industrial construction
- Generate leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with existing clients regarding quotations, payments, and project updates
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth communication
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (graduate preferred)
- Prior experience as a tele caller or customer service executive (construction or real estate experience is a plus)
- 3–10 years of experience in Customer Support Executive
- Good communication skills in [Tamil + English and Hindi add on]
- Basic knowledge of construction services or willingness to learn
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a polite, professional tone
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call logs)
